A new food court has made its debut in the neighborhood. Called Square Mixx, the new addition is located at 450 S Western Ave. in Koreatown.

For those who have visited Korea or have watched Korean shows, the new eating options located on the third floor of Gaju Market will have you feeling like you're back in a Korean department store from the moment you step in.

In addition to the food court, there are 54 retail stores and 20 kiosk shops in the works. According to the business, its aim is to "create a playground where everyone can play and interact with different cultures through food and entertainment."

At Square Mixx, you'll be able to select from six different Korean restaurants, with offerings ranging from Korean tofu soup to noodles and more, plus Thai, Japanese tapas, and dessert options. (See the full listing here.)

The new food court has already attracted fans thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp.

Karina K., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 14th, said: "This premium food court reminds me of food court at the department store in Korea. Especially Nippong Naeppong was impressive. I'm glad that korean things are getting come over to LA."
