New Mexican Spot 'Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill' Debuts In StapletonPhoto: Anna R./Yelp

A new Mexican spot has made its debut in the neighborhood. Called Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill, the fresh addition is located at 9135 Northfield Blvd. in Stapleton.

It's the seventh outpost in Colorado for the popular Mexican restaurant, with an additional storefront coming soon to West 52nd Avenue.

Expect to chow down on items like tacos, burritos, enchiladas, a baja bowl and more, with your choice of protein; options include shredded beef, grilled chicken, pork, grilled steak, sweet shrimp and more. Wash it down with your choice of soda, water, Jarritos and bottled sangria, and round out your meal with key lime pie, flan, tres leches and additional desserts for less than $4 each. (See the full menu here.)

The newcomer has gotten off to a solid start thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Nacolle B., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on August 2nd, said: "Food is good. It was my first time and the lady was super nice to explain how it works (similar to Chipotle in some ways). Let me taste the sauces too. And it's great! Highly recommend it!"

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is open Monday–Thursday from 10:30am–8pm and Friday, and Saturday from 10:30am–9pm. (It's closed on Sunday.)
