'Petros' Brings Greek Fare To Century CityPhoto: Edison C./Yelp

Looking to chow down on some Greek fare? A new spot has you covered. The new addition to Century City, called Petros, is located at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd.

The Century City store is the newest addition to the Petros family of restaurants, which has locations in El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Solvang, and Santa Barbara.

For lunch, there are an array of choices, from burgers to pita wraps and flatbreads. Try the Greek Burger (ground beef and lamb, topped with red onion relish, garlic aioli, kafteri cheese, confit tomato, and golden beets served on a brioche bun with fries), or the Vegetarian Pita Wrap (eggplant, mushroom, peppers, onions, goat cheese, arugula, and garlic aioli, served with sweet potato fries).

For dinner, try the Moussaka, a classic Hellenic dish layered with eggplant, ground beef, tomato, and a homemade béchamel sauce. Or the Keftethes, Petros' mother's traditional meatballs with tomato sauce and parsley, served over mashed potatoes topped with olive oil and feta cheese.

Round out your meal with one of Petros' various delectable deserts, like the baklava or the Loukouma (Greek doughnuts with Greek honey, cinnamon, walnuts, and vanilla ice cream).

(The Century City menu is coming to the website soon, however, you can view the Manhattan Beach menu here.)

With a 3.5-star rating out of 26 reviews on Yelp so far, Petros is getting solid feedback from clientele.

Philar H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 20th, said: "We decided to take a risk and try this new restaurant at the Century City Mall Called Petros Hellenic California Cuisine and when I say they did not disappoint!"

Yelper Betty V. added: “The food is tasty. The presentation is attractive.”

And Ivie S. said: "I totally agree with previous reviews. Petro's opened about three weeks ago and has an amazing selection of greek food. I mean everything I've had there is absolutely delicious."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Petros is open Friday and Saturday from 11am–midnight, and Sunday–Thursday from 11am–11pm.
