Find Gelato And More At Beverly Grove's New 'Gelateria Uli'Photo: Gelateria Uli/Yelp

Craving gelato? You're in luck: a new business has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Gelateria Uli, the fresh addition is located at 8044 W 3rd St. in Beverly Grove.

Open since August 31st, Gelateria Uli's W 3rd Street location is the dessert spot's second, serving up an array of classic Italian gelato flavors as well as some more experimental twists. (There's another Gelateria Uli in DTLA at the Spring Arcade Building at 541 S. Spring St. #104.)

Flavors rotate based on the freshness and availability of ingredients, so check back often. But look for flavors made with locally grown stone fruit, California pistachio, cheesecake sorbet, beet tarragon, sweet corn and more.

There are custom-made gelato cakes available as well, like the six-inch Speculoos gelato cake and chocolate sorbet and coconut lemongrass sorbet cake.

It's still early days for the fledgling business—it's got just one review on Yelp thus far.

Ren W., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on September 3rd, said: "So happy that one of my favorite gelato places opened up nearby! I am a big fan of Gelateria Uli in downtown so this new and more local location could not have been more perfect!"

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Gelateria Uli is open Monday–Wednesday from noon–10pm, Thursday and Friday from noon–11pm, Saturday from 11am–11pm, and Sunday from 11am–9:30pm.
