Renowned for its original dry-fried chicken, San Tung Chinese Restaurant serves up some of San Francisco’s best chicken wings. Battered and fried with garlic, ginger and roasted red peppers, San Tung’s chicken wings are a spicy complement to any meal.

Other popular menu items include the sauteed string beans (flash-fried and tossed in a garlic sauce), the black bean sauce noodles (sliced beef, shrimp, and calamari in a dark soybean sauce served over a bowl of homemade noodles) and the shrimp and leek dumplings.

Representing the culinary traditions of Xinjiang Uyghur, Eden Silk Road serves up Central Asian cuisine (think lamb). The eatery also has Americanized favorites like kung pao chicken, broccoli with beef, and chow mein.  If you’re going to order a salad, we recommend either the smashed cucumber salad or the spicy tiger salad.

This long-running Chinatown eatery's top dishes include chow fun (wide noodles and bean sprouts with your choice of beef, duck or combo), the chicken jook (short-grain rice porridge with chicken, scallion, ginger and green onion) and beef stew noodle soup (braised beef, beef broth, and your choice of rice or egg noodles).

If you’re planning on starting with an appetizer, we recommend an order of the BBQ pork rice noodle rolls, long rice noodles filled with barbecued pork, watercress and carrots, and served with a mustard dipping sauce.

Representing the outer avenues is Wok Station, which offers a hefty delivery menu. Try the fried crab wontons or the Shanghai dumplings to start, and consider the chicken and vegetable chow mein or the sesame chicken for your main entree. The roasted duck with tofu and the sauteed fish with bitter melon and black bean sauce are just two of the more than three dozen chef's specialties on the menu.
