If you're apartment hunting on a budget in San Francisco, you're used to sky-high prices and limited options. Curious what the low-end pricing on a rental in Central/Outer Richmond looks like these days—and what you can get for the price?

We took a look at local listings for studios and 1-bedroom apartments in and around the Outer Richmond via rental site Zumper to find out what budget-minded apartment seekers can expect to find in this San Francisco neighborhood. Take a look at the cheapest listings available as of November 16th, below.

4302 Fulton St.

Listed at $1,300 / month, this studio apartment, located right on Golden Gate Park at 4302 Fulton St. (and 19th Avenue), is a steal compared to the median rent for a studio in the area, currently estimated at around $2,200 / month. Though details are scarce, photos indicate that the unit has carpeted floors, and there's coin-op laundry in the building. (See the complete listing here.)

Here's a 1-bedroom apartment on 34th Avenue (between Clement and Geary) that's going for $2,395 / month. (The current median rent for a 1-bedroom in the Outer Richmond is about $2,695, according to Zumper.) Here's a top-floor studio condo at 474 27th Ave, which is also going for $2,395 / month. The building features assigned parking at no additional fee, a business center, on-site laundry and more.
