We took a look at local listings for studios and 1-bedroom apartments in and around the Outer Richmond via rental site Zumper to find out what budget-minded apartment seekers can expect to find in this San Francisco neighborhood. Take a look at the cheapest listings available as of November 16th, below.

Listed at $1,300 / month, this studio apartment, located right on Golden Gate Park at 4302 Fulton St. (and 19th Avenue), is a steal compared to the median rent for a studio in the area, currently estimated at around $2,200 / month. Here's a 1-bedroom apartment on 34th Avenue (between Clement and Geary) that's going for $2,395 / month. (The current median rent for a 1-bedroom in the Outer Richmond is about $2,695, according to Zumper.)
