Pedestrian Dies In Collision At 19th Avenue & QuintaraVia ABC7

A female pedestrian was killed on Saturday afternoon in a collision on 19th Avenue and Quintara in Parkside, police reported.

According to SFPD, the driver of a blue Toyota sedan heading southbound on 19th Avenue at 4:35pm struck a woman who was crossing the southern intersection at 19th Avenue and Quintara.

The victim, identified as 69-year-old San Francisco resident Yin Ching Tam, died at the scene. The driver, an adult female, remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. 

SFMTA also rerouted the outbound 28-19th Avenue bus as police investigated.
