At 10:05am in a parking lot at 9th and Howard streets, a man approximately 25 to 35 years old stabbed a 30-year-old man with a knife. Police did not indicate whether the victim and suspect were acquainted or what transpired before the attack occurred.

The suspect fled the scene, and the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
