A new spot to score pizza, chicken wings and salad has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Located at 2215 Westwood Blvd. in West Los Angeles, the new arrival is called Marco's Pizza.

This new pizza joint, which has locations throughout the U.S., features an extensive menu, with pizzas, subs, wings, salads, breads, and desserts on offer. 

On the pizza menu, look for pies like the "Deluxe Uno" with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers, and the "Chicken Florentine," with a white sauce, spinach, red onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese. 

For subs and salads, expect to see items such as the "Meatball Fabio" sub with provolone cheese, the "Steak Bruno" sub with mushrooms and mayo, and an antipasto salad with ham, olives, tomatoes, salami, and provolone. 

Chicken wings come in a variety of flavor options, such as plain, hot, BBQ, and "dippers."

Switching over to desserts, there are "Cinna Squares" and baked double chocolate brownies. (You can check out the full menu here.)

With a five-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, Marco's Pizza is on its way to developing a local fan base.

Jordan R., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on December 9th, said: "This is the best pizza I have had in a long, long time! The quality is top-notch and I actually felt great afterwards, unlike many other pizza places. The dough was great."

Yelper Nicole B. added: “Best pizza ever! And the staff is great. If you're in the area, I would definitely stop here.”

And Brigette B. said: "Unbelievably, the best pizza I have had in a long time! So glad to have a good pizza place arrive in LA. Thin-crust oldworld pepperoni is my go-to! Crust is thin and crispy, as it should be."
