The highly anticipated Flour + Water Pizzeria in North Beach is set to open its doors in two weeks after a year of renovating the former Rose Pistola space. With a 4,000-square-foot location at 532 Columbus, the new pizzeria will feature a glass-walled dough room for diners to enjoy a live doughmaking spectacle. The beverage program will offer a selection of wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, focusing on Italian and domestic small-production, organically farmed grapes and family wineries.
