Officer Spencer apprehended a juvenile carrying a loaded pistol during a routine traffic stop on October 27. The traffic stop was conducted at 8:04 p.m. in a store parking lot at the Mall. The 15-year-old arrestee was charged with multiple weapons offenses and booked into Solano County Juvenile Hall, per the Fairfield Police Department.

While conducting the traffic stop, Officer Spencer noticed an aroma of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Upon closer inspection, the substance was found in clear view in the vehicle which contained five occupants, all under the age of 21. A loaded pistol was found on one of the juveniles, leading to a quick arrest.
