On Sunday, October 8, two Santa Rosa men were apprehended after discharging a firearm in the city. The men, Cuauhtemoc Aguilar-Garcia and Logan Chandler Bolster, were charged with misdemeanor counts of carrying unregistered loaded firearms, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office. Aguilar-Garcia was further charged with felony discharge of a firearm in a negligent manner, in conjunction with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for DUI.
