There is an unfolding case of a missing person, Kenneth Lowe, whose disappearance was reported yesterday. The 70-year-old vanished from downtown Pleasant Hill under unclear circumstances.

Lowe's description was quickly announced: wearing a beige straw hat, a black jacket, and blue jeans when last seen. According to the Pleasant Hill Police, there were not any alarming health-related issues tied to his disappearance.
