Kevin Radermacher, who grips every task, whether it's simple or complex, with pride and positivity, was recognized for Healthy Human Relationships—a title he now holds alongside his past Firefighter of the Year award.

Responsibly forging ahead with the department's new Public Safety Master Plan, the team is gearing for an increase in both career positions and station staffing during heavy workloads. A testament to their hard work is the record-breaking 5,700 calls they responded to last year, and an impressive 8,600 hours of training they've undergone to sharpen their readiness.

The City of Minnetonka reports that Capt. Brian Shorten, recognized for channeling his crew's skills and enthusiasm, prepared Station 2 for enhanced staffing as part of the Outcome-Focused Teamwork. Firefighter Frank Sago, always ready to lend a helping hand, received the Shared Success award for his readiness to jump in with his time and tools for apparatus maintenance, demonstrating a true embodiment of team spirit.
