The Texas-based fast-casual chain MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes has fired up the grills at its newest outpost in Valencia, swinging open the doors to burger enthusiasts in the Los Angeles metro region. According to What Now Los Angeles, the restaurant located at 24025 Newhall Ranch Road kicked off its grand opening with fanfare on April 12, marking the brand’s ninth California location.

Veteran business operator and Valencia local Wisam Aishoua is at the helm of the new MOOYAH, bringing his 25-year entrepreneurial know-how to the table, "When I first discovered MOOYAH, I immediately loved it. The design and history of the brand sparked my interest, and as we learned more about the quality of the menu, the more we loved the idea of opening our own," Aishoua told What Now Los Angeles. The new spot offers a menu boasting Certified Angus Beef, house-made buns, and hand-cut fries catering to the custom cravings of all their guests.

Doug Willmarth, MOOYAH's President, expressed excitement about the expansion, “We’re thrilled to continue our expansion in California by bringing MOOYAH to the Santa Clarita Valley with the help of Sam," he said, highlighting Aishoua's enthusiasm for the brand and its potential local impact. MOOYAH aims to redefine the burger and shake experience in the area with its commitment to food quality.

During the launch, MOOYAH's new joint celebrated with entertainment and giveaways, including an enticing offer captured on their Facebook page that dangled the chance of winning free MOOYAH for a year for five lucky customers who used the MOOYAH Rewards App on opening day; new members of the app also snagged a free burger with the purchase of fries or a drink. The restaurant will operate from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, offering the neighborhood plenty of time to get their burger fix.
