Nashville Police Search for Couple Suspected in Violent Assault at Midtown BarSource: Metro Nashville Police Department

Nashville's Metro Police are on the hunt for a couple involved in a violent confrontation at a Midtown bar, which left a woman unconscious and with multiple facial injuries. According to the reports by WSMV, the altercation occurred on March 24 at Kung Fu Saloon on Division Street.

Following the brawl, a 27-year-old woman, knocked unconscious after getting punched by the male suspect, laid on the ground face-first and was helped by bystanders for about 30 seconds, as described by authorities. WKRN indicated that the female victim also sustained a broken nose and chipped teeth.

The conflict started within the bar, where the victims, a Mt. Juliet couple aged 27 and 31, were reportedly approached by the suspects while playing games. An argument provoked the female suspect to grab the victim by the hair, which led to a skirmish before the pairs went separate ways, FOX17 detailed.

However, the dispute didn't end there as it was ignited outdoors when the suspects supposedly laid in wait and approached the victims once more. Another clash erupted following this, culminating in the severe injury to the female victim as she tried to intervene between the fighting men.

The getaway vehicle was identified as a white Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk with black wheels featuring two distinctive hood scoops. Nashville police are urging anyone who holds information on the suspects or the vehicle's whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-862-7463 in an effort to bring the assailants to justice.
