Desert Mountain's real estate market has only seen a handful of sales surpassing the $9 million mark within the last seven years, yet experts believe that sales in this price bracket are set to become more frequent, suggested by J. Andrew Turley, president of Phoenix Valuations, according to Phoenix Business Journal.
