Scottsdale's Desert Mountain Sees Two Opulent Estates Listed, Elevating the Bar for Luxury Real EstateSource: Google Maps

Scottsdale's high-end real estate market just got hotter with the listing of two luxury estates within the exclusive Desert Mountain community. The properties, each a beacon of opulence designed by celebrated architects, have hit the market for the first time and boast not only architectural pedigree but also golf club memberships, as reported by Phoenix Business Journal.

Drawing the affluent with its reputation for some of the Valley's most architecturally significant homes, Desert Mountain rarely sees properties like these entering the market. One of the listings, a sprawling 12,824-square-foot estate at 42486 N. 109th Place, designed by Bing Hu, is on sale for $12.5 million. Making a statement on the luxury market, this estate comes with a full golf membership and is tagged as a veritable must-see for the discerning buyer, as per Phoenix Business Journal.

The other property, located at 42515 N. 102nd St., is no less impressive. Designed by Shelby Wilson, this 6,323-square-foot home boasts a cantilevered-style swim-out negative edge pool with staggering views and is listed for $13 million. According to Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty agent Daniel Wolski, who listed the property, the house's elevated position provides unrivaled views of the Valley – a true architectural gem in the rugged landscape of north Scottsdale.

Desert Mountain's real estate market has only seen a handful of sales surpassing the $9 million mark within the last seven years, yet experts believe that sales in this price bracket are set to become more frequent, suggested by J. Andrew Turley, president of Phoenix Valuations, according to Phoenix Business Journal
