The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently requesting assistance from the community to help locate 81-year-old Charles Sims, who is currently reported as an endangered missing person. Sims was last seen on May 5, on the 4500 block of North 17th Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

Described as having a thin build and dark brown complexion, standing at 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing 150 pounds, Sims was last recognized by onlookers wearing a black baseball cap, red plaid shirt, grey sweatpants, and white sneakers. His physical details, including black eyes, are pivotal as the police and community members canvass the area in hopes of bringing him back to safety, as per the Philadelphia Police Department.
