Rapids Water Park in Riviera Beach is slashing its entry fee this weekend as it marks 45 years of splashes and slides. In celebration of its 1979 opening, the park is offering visitors a discount of $19.79 on admission this Saturday and Sunday, WPTV reports

On Mother's Day weekend, moms get in free with the purchase of a regular priced ticket for a child, the park says, and healthcare workers will be treated to discounted admission during Healthcare Appreciation Week.
Those looking for an adults-only experience can look forward to an exclusive luau set for May 18. WPTV reports that the park has a range of events planned to celebrate its anniversary month.
