
Baltimore City witnessed a sequence of fires involving multiple vehicles over the past few days, with the latest incident being a truck repair shop conflagration. Firefighters responded to Middleton & Meads Co, Inc., located at 1415 Bush Street, and successfully extinguished a fire that had spread across the premises. According to FOX 45, the fire resulted in the damage of several vehicles, including a University of Maryland shuttle bus and a garbage truck.
Earlier, Baltimore City Fire had been summoned to a blaze in a parking lot at the intersection of W Hamburg Street and Bush Street. As detailed by WMAR2 News, the incident unfolded after midnight, where multiple vehicles were engulfed in flames. The full extent of the damages hasn't been made public, and fire officials have not yet been able to pinpoint the origin of this blaze.
Baltimore City Fire Department, having been stretched across these events, has not released an official statement regarding any connection between the incidents or if they believe there to be a broader pattern at play.
