Yesterday morning, an unsettling discovery was made near a Chase Bank branch in Cutler Bay, where a man's body was found lying in the grass. The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the scene at 10808 Caribbean Blvd. at approximately 7:30 a.m. after receiving reports of the body, according to The Miami Herald.
