Tony Gemignani is celebrating Capo’s 5th Anniversary on National Repeal Day, Tuesday, December 5, from 4:00-10:00pm.
Party-goers will enjoy live music, actors clad in 1920s attire, and a specialty cocktail, The Capone. The first 33 people will also receive a free flask to commemorate the year 1933, when Prohibition came to an end.
Guests can enjoy standing passed bites by the bar and are highly encouraged to make reservations if sitting for dinner. This night will also serve as the launch party for The Speakeasy, an immersive theater experience set in 1923 where 35 characters lead patrons on a vast "choose your own adventure" through hidden rooms and passageways within a secret North Beach location. The collaboration is a no-brainer, as both institutions highlight a classic 1920’s Prohibition theme.
