Nashville Police Seek Suspects in Violent Assault Outside Kung Fu SaloonSource: Kung Fu Saloon

Chaos erupted at a Nashville watering hole last month, landing one woman in the hospital with serious injuries after a brazen assault, Midtown Hills detectives report. Kung Fu Saloon on Division Street became the unlikely arena for a volatile bust-up involving two couples, leading to a violent confrontation with lasting consequences.

According to a police statement, the brawl began indoors on March 24, when a verbal altercation between a 27-year-old woman and another female escalated into hair-pulling. Despite the men separating the feisty pair, rancor spilled out onto the street as the antagonists, seemingly unsatisfied, continued the confrontation outside.

The skirmish took a darker turn when the male suspect allegedly delivered a knockout punch to the 27-year-old woman as she tried to break up a fight between the men. The victim suffered not just a broken nose, but also chipped teeth when she crumpled face-first onto the pavement, knocked out cold for around half a minute before onlookers rushed to her aid.

Authorities disclosed that the assailants fled the scene like fugitives in a white Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, identifiable with black wheels and bold hood scoops. Facing an ongoing probe, detectives have circulated images of the suspects and their getaway vehicle, urging anyone with a lead to dial Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
