The Fresh New Face of Martin Macks
Martin Macks has a fresh new face, and their new kitchen opens today to show you what it's all about.

In the second renovation since the bar's ownership changed hands earlier this year (the previous work was a refinished bar and some interior work), Martin Macks has a brand new face. There's a new color scheme, a fresh paint job outside, a new kitchen and more.
The "more," it turns out, includes a new chef trained under Robuchon, and a revamped menu and wine list. The restaurant will soon be serving brunch, and the new dinner menu, which launches today, averages around $14 and includes a selection of gourmet pizzas, pub-inspired and local-oriented appetizers, and some brassy, straight-up pub entrees. Italian pork sandwich, fish and chips, short rib shepherd's pie and wild mushroom lasagna are among the offerings. The kitchen opened last night for the first time to serve Pub Quiz snacks, and opens fully today. We might have to go check it out.
