Remember when we told you that the Hayes Valley Farm hosts free yoga on Tuesdays? Well the fun doesn't stop there. Every Wednesday, you can volunteer at the Farm from 12-5pm. Want to get some exercise during your lunch break? Volunteer at the Farm. Want to learn more about Urban Permaculture? Volunteer at the Farm. Want to be a part of a project that will be leaving us soon? Volunteer at the Farm. You don't even need to sign up. It sounds like you don't have to bring any materials with you either, so just show up at their front entrance on Laguna (between Oak and Fell) and help out when you can.
