A man has died from his wounds after being shot on the 700 block of Grove Street tonight.
Police responded to gunfire around 7:50pm on the block of Grove between Buchanan and Webster, an SFPD spokesman tells Hayeswire. They found the victim, described only as a male in his twenties, who had been shot in the abdomen and leg. The victim was then transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. At this time, police have no suspects or motive, and have not recovered any weapons. We'll update with any additional information. Update 12/6/2012: The victim has been identified as 24-year-old San Francisco resident Byron Beasley. The Examiner reports that police are seeking suspects who may have been driving a white vehicle.
