A tipster informed us yesterday that the pizzeria at 456 Haight has been shut down for the last several days with no explanation. We stopped by Sunday afternoon during normal business hours, and indeed found the shop shuttered. There are rumors of some business shenanigans which we won't reprint here, but suffice it to say, it doesn't sound good. Our attempts to reach the owners have thus far been fruitless, so we're posting this in the hopes that our readers might be able to fill in the blanks. If you have Volare intel, do tell.
