Hella Hot news: Wing Wings (422 Haight St.) has secured its beer and wine license.

The wing shop first applied for the license back in August, and finally received approval a full five months later. It will now be adding a lineup of alcoholic beverages to its menu, on sale starting today.

Owner Christian Ciscle tells us that the shop will feature a rotating selection of beer, wine, sake, and sparkling options. Exact details of the drink menu are still being finalized, but Ciscle did reveal one item that Wing Wings will offer: Almanac beer on tap.

Look for a limited array of boozy drinks starting with tonight's service, with more options by the weekend.

Wing Wings opens at 5pm on weeknights and 11am on weekends. It closes at midnight Sunday through Thursday, and at 2am on Friday and Saturday. It's closed on Tuesdays.
