A rally in protest of the recent SFPD shooting of Mario Woods in the Bayview took place this morning, with over 100 protesters marching from 16th and Mission to City Hall. Chronicle reporter Kale Williams, who is live-tweeting from the scene, writes that protesters are chanting "Hands up! Don't shoot!" as they march.

Many of the protesters are students from local high schools, who came together to plan a scheduled walk-out at 11am this morning. Participating schools include Lincoln High, June Jordan School For Equity, Mission High, Balboa High and Galileo Academy.
