Approved: 60 Apartments, No Parking At Church & Market

Plans to raze the former Home restaurant and construct a 62-unit apartment building at the corner of Market, 14th and Duboce were unanimously approved by the Planning Commission yesterday. 

The development, whose design and lack of parking have sparked plenty of reader discussion, was approved on the condition that more 14th Street retail space be added, so expect multiple retail spaces to be part of the final product.
