Got an event you want the neighborhood to know about? To be included in our next Castro weekly roundup, please submit your event at this link by Tuesday evening.

After some wet weather ended earlier this week, clear skies are in the forecast for the foreseeable future. With that in mind, it should be a great weekend to get outside and enjoy some Easter-themed events.

But first, did you catch a glimpse of the beautiful rainbow over the Castro on Monday evening?

Of course, Easter is this Sunday, and San Francisco has its own unique way of celebrating the holiday. There are plenty of great events going on all around the city; here are a few of the top picks for the Castro this weekend.

Start your weekend off at the Castro Theatre, singing along to your favorite Disney hits from The Little Mermaid. The wildly popular sing-along starts Thursday and runs through Tuesday.

If you're going to be relaxing in Dolores Park this weekend, stop by the Dolores Trading Post at the Mission Dolores High parking lot. The Queens of the Castro are hosting a new art fair, promising close to 100 vendors selling unique art and products.

The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence hold their annual Easter Celebration this Sunday at Hellman Hollow in Golden Gate Park. The event includes the children's easter egg hunt, Easter Bonnet Contest, Foxy Mary Contest and of course, everyone's favorite Hunky Jesus Contest.

Planning to stay in the Castro for Easter Sunday? Start your day off with brunch, perhaps with Terrill's House at the Lookout. Afterwards, head across the street to Cafe Flore for the Royal Bunny Finale hosted by the Grand Ducal Council.
