November is officially coming to an end, which means it's time to get started on your holiday shopping list. To help, the Dogpatch Business Association is hosting its annual Dogpatch Holiday Sale this Saturday, December 3rd.

19 local businesses will participate, offering sample sales of their products and hosting more than 20 pop-ups for other brands. Here's the full lineup:

The holiday sale originally started more than 15 years ago, as an effort by the neighborhood's American Industrial Center to unite all of its 300+ tenants during the holiday season, so they didn't have to hold separate sales. Over the years, the center has blocked off the street and/or opened up the building, allowing shoppers to freely walk around.

But this year, the AIC pulled out of hosting the sale, so a founding member of the Dogpatch Business Association banded together with several local businesses, including Spicer Bags and Triple Aught Design, to run it.

As a result, said Adam Gould, the co-founder of the Dogpatch Business Association, this year's sale is now a bit more decentralized. Previously, the sale largely happened on 22nd Street along Illinois Street, but this year, stores will be dispersed along 3rd Street, 22nd Street and Minnesota Street.

In addition to the snacks, drinks, and treats on hand at many of the vendors, Gould said local restaurants and bars will offer food and drink specials throughout the day.
