Around 7pm yesterday evening, a woman was critically injured after being dragged under a Muni bus at Market and Third/Kearney.
According to the Chronicle, the 60-year-old victim was struck by a bus running the 9-San Bruno line then trapped under the vehicle. KRON4 reports that witnesses saw the woman running across the street, as the bus approached the intersection, before she was hit.
The victim was rescued from beneath the bus by emergency responders and transferred to the hospital with serious leg injuries.

The SFPD has not yet released further details from its investigation.
