Police Looking For Missing Woman With Parkinson’s DiseasePhoto: SFPD

San Francisco police are looking for a missing woman with Parkinson's disease last seen Wednesday evening in the city's South of Market area.

Jin Zhu Yep was last seen around 6:30pm Wednesday crossing 13th Street at South Van Ness Avenue.

She suffers from Parkinson's disease and is considered to be at risk.

She is described as a 68-year-old Asian woman who is just over 5 feet tall and weighs 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans and sandals.
