Woman Hospitalized After 2-Car Collision In Golden Gate Park [Updated]Photo via Google Maps

Following a three-vehicle collision that resulted in a rollover shortly after noon today, the SFPD is asking people to avoid the area around Martin Luther King Jr. and Kezar drives in Golden Gate Park.

It's not yet clear how many people were injured in the incident, but one person was trapped and awaiting rescue.

The SFPD is warning people to expect traffic delays in the area. Traffic moving westbound into Golden Gate Park at Stanyan and Fell is being diverted to keep MLK Jr. Dr. clear.

[Update: 2:48pm] According to Bay City News service, the female driver of the car that overturned was extricated and taken to the hospital with injuries not considered to be life-threatening.

The driver of the other car was not reported to be injured and remained at the scene to cooperate with investigators. No arrests have been made, and police do not believe impairment was a contributing factor.
