On the Noe Valley/Mission seam is this 600-square-foot option, which is located one block from the J-Church line. At $2,350 a month, it's among the most affordable 1-bedroom options on the market in the Noe Valley area. Garbage, water, and gas are included, but there's no laundry on site.
