A shooting in Dolores Park around 3:05pm has led police to restrict traffic in the area this afternoon.

Unconfirmed reports on social media indicate that at least one person was wounded in the incident; ABC7 reports that a wounded male victim has been transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

This video shot by Twitter user Shannon Fitzgerald shows police cars speeding west on 20th Street at 3:11pm, just minutes after the shooting was reported:

We'll update this story as more information becomes available.

[Update: 4:10pm] According to an SFPD statement, police transported three people from the scene with gunshot wounds, but there's no word on their condition.

No suspect is in custody, and the area is under investigation as an active crime scene; police are asking drivers to avoid the area and are setting up a command post nearby.

Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to call SFPD's tip line at 415-553-0123 or text a tip to TIP411 with "SFPD" at the start of the message.

[Update: 7:03pm] Police issued a statement indicating that they found three people suffering from gunshot wounds near the park's footbridge shortly after 3pm.

"All three victims were transported to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries and two with non-life threatening injuries," said Ofc. Grace Gatpandan in an emailed statement.

Police are still asking the public to contact them with information about the shooting. Church Street will remain closed to vehicle traffic between 18th and 19th, but Muni service will not be affected.
