A 38-year-old man was arrested after he threatened pedestrians at Washington and Davis in the Financial District with a knife on Friday morning.

Police responded to reports at 8:45am, and requested the presence of the Hostage Negotiation Team. 

The man was arrested and taken to a hospital for medical evaluation. No one was injured during the incident.
