An adult male passenger who suffered serious injuries had to be extricated from one car. After an extensive effort, first responders rescued him from the vehicle, determined he received life-threatening injuries, and transported him to a trauma center.
Both drivers were also taken to a hospital for treatment.
The incident was the second injury collusion yesterday to occur near Golden Gate Park; in the morning, a head-on crash near Kezar and JFK Drives sent multiple victims to a hospital for treatment.
