If you still need assistance figuring out what to do with your downtime this weekend, ABC7's Jessica Castro is here to help.
Start things off with Brave the Bay in Fisherman's Wharf, a three-part community event beginning tomorrow morning at 9am. Participants will compete in the snowflake shuffle 5k, join a polar bear plunge in the Bay and take part in the holiday haul cable car pull before heading over to Buena Vista Cafe for a relaxing meal.
If 9am is too early of a start, how about a performance of 'A Noh Christmas Carol' over at the Theatre of Yugen in the Mission. The performance is "an an avant-garde Japanese-influenced retelling of the Dickens classic." Performances run every Friday and Saturday at 7pm and on Sunday at 4pm until Christmas Eve.
Round out your weekend on Sunday with a visit to the urban air market at Jack London Square in Oakland. Holiday shoppers seeking to wrap up early will find more than 140 curated local vendors selling clothes, jewelry, accessories and home decor. There will also be food trucks, a patio bar and a photo booth for holiday greeting cards.
Never miss a story.
