A pedestrian was seriously injured yesterday morning in a traffic collision on the border of Potrero Hill and SoMa, according to police.

The incident occurred at 6:40am near the corner of Potrero Avenue and Division Street when a 56-year-old male driver making a right turn struck a man in his sixties who was in the crosswalk.

The victim, who suffered life-threatening injuries, was transported to a hospital for treatment, and the driver, who was not arrested, remained at the scene.
