Jonesing for a caffeine fix? You're in luck: a new café has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Nilly Cafe, it is located at 60 East Adams St. (between Wabash Avenue and Dearborn Street.)

In addition to espresso drinks made with Lavazza coffee, Nilly Cafe offers sandwiches, salads, pizzas, wraps and ice cream. Its house-made pastries include croissants, cinnamon rolls and muffins.

It has gotten off to a solid start so far, with a four-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.

Zeina E., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 27, declared it, "The cutest café in the whole Chicago area. ... The coffee they make is just so out of this world. It's so delicious that I can't help but get one every morning when I walk in."

In addition to "the most amazing almond croissant and cinnamon roll ever," Yelper Staci P. praised the new café's "delicious Lavazza coffee, homemade pastries that knocked our socks off, and a nice handmade touch to the presentation."

And Ean N. said, "Easily the best panini I have ever had. From the presentation to the taste, amazing. Highly recommend. The gelato is absolutely amazing too. If you're looking for a cute, quiet place to study with great food, go here."

Head on over to check it out: Nilly Cafe is open from 6 a.m.–6 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–6 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
