A new tea room, serving bubble teas, juices and smoothies, has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new addition to University Park, called TBaar, is located at 3970 Buchtel Blvd. Though it's a national chain, this is its first location in Colorado.

Its menu includes milk teas, regular teas, smoothies, fresh juice and lemonades, mojitos and even cakes. Its teas can be customized through sugar level, ice level and toppings, which include pudding, tapioca, red beans, aloe, mixed jelly, herbal jelly, lychee jelly and white pearls. TBaar has three reviews on Yelp, which gives it a five-star rating thus far, indicating that it's popular with the locals.

Sophia G., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on June 18, said, "Ordered Panda green milk tea. Black and white pearl — tasty! Have to try the fresh juice and mango smoothie next time!"

Yenny T. added, "Great place to hang out with friends and red bean matcha milk tea is my favorite! Will definitely come here more often."
