They love talking about each artist's pieces."

Safta is an upscale Israeli restaurant that serves Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fare.

Safta, which means "grandmother" in Hebrew, offers menu options such as harissa-roasted chicken with laurel and lemon, pomegranate-braised lamb shank with labneh and peaches, and Persian rice with sunflower seeds and cherries. (See the full menu here.)

With five reviews, the new restaurant has a five-star rating on Yelp thus far, indicating it's off to a strong start.

Yelper Charles C. wrote, "For the small plates, my favorites were the crispy eggplant and duck matzo ball soup. By the time our large plates — the whole roasted cauliflower and the harissa-roasted chicken — came out, we had gorged ourselves on too much pita and couldn't finish the plates."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Safta is open from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 5–10 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 5–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed Monday and Tuesday.)

CB2 is a furniture store that offers eclectic pieces, such as the sustainably sourced acacia wood Dylan dining table, the Vapor acrylic bar stools and the Dondra teak wood bed.

This is the first Colorado storefront for Crate & Barrel's less-expensive sister brand, which now has 17 stores in North America, reports 5280 magazine.

It offers not only furniture, but lighting, mirrors, art, pillows, rugs, curtains and more.

The new store has just one review so far on Yelp, which gives it four stars.

Yelper David F., who reviewed it on Aug. 14, said, "Its niche is modern furniture at moderate prices. They even offer some furniture for college students. This is not traditional furniture and many of the pieces highlight the artist, designer or maker. Nice store to shop at and friendly staff."

Want to welcome it to the neighborhood? CB2 is open from 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.
