High Caliber Strength & Fitness
High Caliber Strength & Fitness recently opened at 1940 Thunderbird St. According to its website, the 9,500-square-foot gym is owned by head coach Travis Heidt, who built the gym for "like-minded individuals looking to accomplish real goals." Classes are designed with high-caliber movement programming in mind, ranging from CrossFit workouts to individually structured boot camp sessions.

Gran Castor
Stop by 2950 Rochester Road and you'll find Gran Castor, a new Latin American spot that features a centrally located indoor fire pit, quirky cactus-printed wallpaper and colorful, Aztec-inspired decor.
Appetizers include sweet pea guacamole, made with avocado, English peas, scallions and cilantro, topped with spiced pepitas and corn chips on the side; a queso dip made with three-cheese sour cream baked with pico de gallo and tangy chipotle; and wood-fired Argentinian breadsticks. Fusion tacos include the banh mi with pulled pork tossed in Korean barbecue sauce, red cabbage, pickled carrot and cilantro-sesame aioli.
Posh & Polished Nail Salon
Posh & Polished Nail Salon is a new full-service nail salon and waxing spot that's located at 3528 Rochester Road. Nail services include dip powder, UV hard gel and acrylic nails, manicures and pedicures. Eyebrow, chin, underarm, leg, bikini and Brazilian waxes are also available.
Yelper Gina M. wrote, "Olivia the new owner did a great job on my mani/pedi. The salon is very neat and clean, she offers a great selection of nail polishes. She even has refreshments — water, coffee, muffins and cookies. The staff is very friendly."
