In search of a new favorite yoga spot?

Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top yoga spots around Cincinnati, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best spots to venture next time you're in the market for yoga.


1. Modo Yoga

Topping the list is Modo Yoga. Located at 3527 Columbia Parkway in Columbia-Tusculum, the yoga spot is the highest rated yoga spot in Cincinnati, boasting 4.5 stars out of 43 reviews on Yelp.

In addition to its regular class sessions, the studio offers monthly events such as yoga at a brewery and aerial yoga in a hammock that is suspended from the ceiling to explore balance, strength and flexibility.

"I love Modo yoga," Yelper Heather L. said. "The workers and instructors are so friendly. There are a ton of class offerings, including hot yoga, Pilates, iron hour and more. The studio is clean and well kept." 

2. Define Body & Mind

Next up is Oakley's DEFINE body & mind, situated at 3012 Madison Road With five stars out of 16 reviews on Yelp, the barre class, cycling class and yoga spot has proven to be a local favorite.

The studio offers multiple instruction-led yoga classes and members have the option to combine cycling and Pilates. It also offers private lessons and holds monthly events.

Yelper Rachel F. said, "First and foremost, the staff at Define is truly incredible. Talk about the true hospitality. They go out of their way to get to know you and make you feel welcome."

3. Hot House Yoga

Madisonville's Hot House Yoga, located at 4794 Red Bank Expy, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the yoga and pilates spot 4.5 stars out of 20 reviews.

Yelpers raved about the hot yoga classes and Bikram yoga that is offered. They also recommended many of the instructors who are helpful and knowledgeable.

"Hot House has tremendous classes, friendly instructors and challenging moves," Yelper Vs C. said. "It's a great way to stretch and elongate your muscles." 

4. Shine Yoga Center

Last but not least there's Shine Yoga Center, which has earned 4.5 stars out of 16 reviews on Yelp. You can find the yoga spot at 3330 Erie Ave. in Hyde Park.

The studio has holiday classes, kids yoga sessions and offer holistic yoga for students of all shapes, sizes and ages. In addition to regular classes, Shine Yoga Center hosts workshops and immersions.
