Coffee and tea fans, take heed: there's a new spot in town to get your fix. Located at 1 State St. in downtown Boston, the new arrival is called The Well Coffee House.

According to Eater Boston, this is The Well Coffee House's second location, with the first one operating at South Station. This new location can be found next to the Old State House. The Christian non-profit cafe serves coffee, tea, espresso and frozen beverages, such as the Hot Chocolate Freeze. 

With a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, The Well Coffee House has been warmly received by patrons.

Pam G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Nov. 2, wrote, "Best coffee in Boston! Fun atmosphere, great people and delicious drinks."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: The Well Coffee House is open from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturdays. (It's closed on Sundays.)
