Topping the list is Pleasant Valley's Thai Restaurant, situated at 3012 Augusta St. With 4.5 stars out of 84 reviews on Yelp, the Thai spot has proven to be a local favorite.

Expect traditional Thai dishes on the menu, which features a variety of stir-fried dishes. Chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, scallops or squid are all available as protein options. There are also vegetarian offerings on the dinner menu.

Yelper Anthony L. wrote, "Best Thai food in Greenville! [I've] been going here weekly for about a year now and every experience is great. [I] usually order the pad thai or stir-fried vegetables. Always fresh and flavorful."

2. Lemongrass Thai Restaurant

3. Koi Asian Bistro

Check out Koi Asian Bistro, which has earned four stars out of 89 reviews on Yelp. You can find the Asian spot at 115 Pelham Road, Suite 15.

Among its Thai offerings, expect the Panang Curry with your choice of meat, coconut milk, mixed vegetables, lime leaves and bell peppers; the Basil Fried Rice with choice of meat cooked with egg, basil, onion, carrot, bell pepper and basil; and the Thai Coconut Soup with coconut, lemongrass, mushrooms, cilantro, tomato and lime juice. In addition to its Thai cuisine, Koi Asian Bistro also offers Chinese and Japanese dishes, including sushi rolls. It serves both lunch and dinner daily.

Basil is a regional chain with six locations in the Carolinas. Look for the crispy curry duck among the house specialties. The pad thai is available with either chicken or shrimp. Basil offers vegetarian options as well by replacing meat or seafood with tofu.
