Free Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Learn about mindfulness and its benefits in this interactive class. The class will introduce recent research regarding mindfulness practices as well as showcase various meditation techniques.

East Bay Innovation Center January Speaker Series

This luncheon series is being put on by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and QB3 East Bay Innovation Center. Marty Mulvihill will discuss his company Safer Made, which works to lessen the human exposure to harmful chemicals.

Mulvihill will discuss his focus on creating safer chemistry trends in apparel, food packaging and more. There will be a free brown-bag lunch.

Wedding Fair @ Pauley Ballroom (UC Berkeley)

This bridal show will feature the latest in bridal, groom, bridesmaid and groomsman fashion. There will be complimentary cocktails, snacks, desserts, promotions and more. One bride will win a $10,000 wedding prize.
