Poke House & Tea Bar brings poke and more to HighlandPhoto: Poke House & Tea Bar/Yelp

A new spot to score poke, bubble tea, juice and smoothies has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Located at 1570 Randolph Ave. in Highland, the new arrival is called Poke House & Tea Bar. Like the business name suggests, this new spot combines tea and poke.

Signature sushi burritos include the Spicy California, Dancing Salmon and Yum Yum Shrimp. Thirsty? Try a Thai milk tea or a peach tea. Creamy fruit smoothies are also available in a variety of flavors.

With a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, Poke House & Tea Bar seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Yelper Alice S., who reviewed it on Jan. 20, said, “This is a lovely addition to the neighborhood. The food is not high art, but it's not meant to be. What it is is a totally solid poke spot with fresh ingredients and a super friendly staff."

And Bridget F. wrote, "Delicious poke bowl and nice people. If you are looking for a healthy and nutritious meal, definitely check this place out."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Poke House & Tea Bar is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and noon–9 p.m. on Sunday.
